Returns & Refunds Policy
At Get What U Wish our main goals is to provide the customer with amazing products and a wonderful shopping experience. We are proud of the products we send out, but under certain circumstances refunds have been issued on products that were either defective or damaged during shipping. We will give a full refund or replace the product, free of charge, if products arrive to your doorstep broken or damaged.
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time
(45 business days)
- you received the wrong item
- you do not want the product you have received (in this case you will be issued with a store credit which you can use for future purchases.But you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- you ordered wrong product (size, color, type, etc.).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of Get What U Wish
You can submit refund or return requests within:
- 7 business days after the order is delivered;
- within 7 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired . You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
All items received for return or exchange are inspected to assure criteria for return. Once the product has been inspected and approved for return then money will be refunded. A refund cannot be initiated if product does not meet the criteria for return.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. (depending on your Bank/Credit card company).
Items are eligible for exchange only when the product arrives at your doorstep in a broken, damaged, defective or unusable condition.
To qualify for a exchange/refund the product being returned must be sent back in its original packaging, intact, and unused.
If you would like to exchange your product, because you ordered wrong product (size, color, type, etc.) you must contact us within 7 days and we will guide you through the steps. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item
